Service Agreements and Estimates
All estimates provided by New Green Landscaping are based on the information available at the time of the quote and the specific scope of work requested. Estimates are generally valid for 30 days. If the scope of work or site conditions change, the final price may be subject to adjustment. Work will only begin once a quote or service agreement has been approved.
Property Access and Site Preparation
To provide you with the best service, clients must ensure our team has safe and clear access to the property on scheduled service days. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets indoors, and removing personal items, toys, or animal waste from the work area. We are not responsible for damage to hidden underground utilities, invisible fences, or unmapped irrigation lines unless they were clearly marked by the homeowner prior to service.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior ongoing weekly/bi-weekly maintenance agreement or installment plan has been established. We accept various standard forms of payment. Invoices that remain unpaid past their due date may be subject to late fees as outlined in your specific project agreement.
Cancellations and Weather Delays
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a routine service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Because we work outdoors, our schedule is heavily dependent on Texas weather. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions to protect our crew and ensure the quality of our work on your property.
Liability and Guarantees
We take great pride in our landscape construction and maintenance work, and we guarantee that all services will be performed professionally and to industry standards. However, because plants, sod, and trees are living things, we cannot guarantee their long-term survival once installed due to factors outside our control, such as extreme weather, pests, or improper watering and care by the property owner.
Modifications to Terms
New Green Landscaping reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
